MNLA’s Young Professionals Community (MYPC) was established to engage and empower young professionals within our association who have a passion for horticulture, landscaping, and environmental sustainability. Our Young Professionals Community was developed with and for our members that are 40 years of age and under.

Mission of the MYPC is to:

  • Cultivate an environment that fosters learning, collaboration, and innovation among young professionals interested in the Green Industry.
  • Provide networking opportunities, educational resources, and professional development support for young professionals aspiring to build careers in the Green Industry.

Objectives of the MYPC are to:

  • Organize educational workshops, seminars, and field trips to enhance members' knowledge and skills in the Green Industry.
  • Collaborate with other Segment Communities, the Board, and external partners to fulfill our Mission.
  • Serve as a mentoring body to provide career guidance for Young Professionals in the Green Industry.
