MHI Fund - Workers’ Compensation - The Fund's sole purpose is to keep Members' Workers' Compensation costs low, reliable and predictable.

The Michigan Horticulture Industries Self-Insured Workers' Compensation Fund (MHI Fund) was established in 1993 to control the long-term workers' compensation costs for the members of MNLA. The MHI Fund is a member owned workers' compensation program designed to keep members' workers' compensation costs low, reliable and predictable. Administered by RPS Regency.

Over half of MNLA membership purchases their workers' compensation coverage through the Fund. The average premium return is 46%. In 2023, $5,455,000 has been returned back to Members, and over $61 Million has been returned back to Members since 1993!
