45-year-old company with satisfying work for skilled horticulturist. The Plant Professionals is currently seeking a leader with strong knowledge of bedding plants and tropicals for our year-round program offering 4-5 seasons of outdoor color.

Order, schedule grower deliveries, tag jobs, schedule and lead installations and plant care visits March into October. Work with staff preparing and installing winter greens in pots for holiday/winter seasons, inventory and quality check holiday decor and lighting for indoors and out, schedule installations and take-down and storage. Schedule spring clean-ups, mulching, fall clean-ups, landscape bed maintenance visits. Ongoing training and support of current and new staff. Track and report each area in Excel.

The right person likes plants, enjoys people and takes pride in productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Lead collaboratively with managers in interiorscape, moss walls and green walls, landscape design and installation, plant rental for events and floral.
