Port Huron, MI – One unlucky—and highly invasive—wood boring bug was intercepted by U.S. Customs and Border Agriculture Specialists at a Port Huron railyard on March 17th. Initially thought to be the Asian Longhorn Beetle, after scientific review it was revealed that it was a Longhorn Beetle (Monachamus sp. [Cerambycidae]) and not the Asian Longhorn Beetle.
