SnowFighters Institute holds One Day Sales Seminars, which are  held at various locations, across the country, throughout the year and are hosted by John Allin, the founder of the SnowFighters Institute.

These one day seminars will feature comprehensive information about how you can set your company apart from your competition.  Everything starts with a “sale.”  Without sales, nothing else happens.  Yet, oftentimes the sales team is not adequately prepared, both mentally and emotionally to keep at it until a sale is consummated.  Snow and ice management is not an optional service for any commercial property – it is a “must have.”  Whether you are the owner, the operations manager or a sales person, you need the right attitude if you are going to be successful.  Sales people are not born, they are made.

John Allin has sold some of the largest snow and ice management contracts ever awarded in North America.  And, he never “bids” work.  He was rarely the “low number”, and sold one project by being over a million dollars higher than the next guy.

Attendees will leave this one day seminar with expanded knowledge on:
How to improve sales efficiencies;
How to prepare for your encounter with a new prospect;
How to sharpen your communication skills in front of the customer/client;
How to successfully change a suspect into a prospect;
How to change your attitude from “I’ll do my best” to “I AM the best”;
How to negotiate terms that work for all parties.

The one-day seminars will run from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (registration opens at 8:00 a.m. at each location). The registration fee is $495 per person.  Registration includes all seminar materials and lunch.

Each attendee will receive a copy of John Allin’s most recent book – Snow Management, A Look Through Time – as part of the registration/attendance fee.

Since we are well aware that you cannot learn everything you need to know in one day, all attendees will receive a $495 gift certificate to be applied to an in-house SnowFighters Institute event.  There is a discount for early registration (at least 30 days prior to the scheduled Event) of $295 per person.
